Delivery and Returns Policy
Free Standard UK Delivery available on all orders of £24 or above, orders under this amount are charged as follows:
Royal Mail 1st Class (Standard UK Delivery): £1.50
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (UK Delivery): £2.75
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to despatch within 48 hours of an order being placed, although often it is sooner. If you select ‘Signed For’ delivery, customer must be present to sign for the package. No deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
International Delivery: We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. You will received a tracking number on despatch, which you can track here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
Rest of World £9.50
We cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You then have a further 14 days after contacting us in which to ensure the item is returned to us, in its original condition, to qualify for a full refund, via the original payment method.
In the event that you need to return a product, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will explain how to proceed.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of returning an item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

To assure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at balmkind.co.uk; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
